Clinical Therapist
Driftless Recovery is seeking a dual-licensed clinical therapist for our La Crosse, WI clinic. Relocation reimbursement is available for the right candidates.
Licenses and Certifications:
LPC, LCSW, MFT, CSAC, SAS, SAC, or license eligible in the State of Wisconsin. Minnesota licensed individuals with a willingness to become licensed in Wisconsin are encouraged to apply. Counselors in training are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
• Strong ability to translate assessment information into treatment planning
• Demonstrated success in working with a culturally diverse patient population and community
• Demonstrated ability in managing stress and crisis situations
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources available to patients
• Ability to work independently
You will serve clients who are seeking service for a wide range of co-occurring disorders. Ideally, you will have experience in an outpatient setting and have experience in leading groups. A desire to work with substance abuse clients is preferred. Some evening work may be required.
Driftless Recovery Services will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection and may conduct pre-employment drug screens.
